The hotel is conveniently located in the old town near almost everything, particularly near Nizami street. The rooms had some issues like a broken sink, mismatched furnishings, but the overall experience was good. The service provided by the staff, especially Mr Aytac, was exceptional. The dining options were average, with limited availability in the mornings. The hotel's location is outstanding, within walking distance of major attractions, although it can get crowded. In general, my stay was pleasant with some room for improvement.
